Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. For pre-orders, cancellations are allowed up until the order’s shipping date.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be altered. Please ensure all your information is correct before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or those that violate our Terms & Conditions. If your order is placed on hold due to invalid billing or shipping information, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, the order will be automatically canceled.

Returns

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, you may do so within 15 days for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, please provide your order number and reason for the return through our Contact Us page. Our support team will respond with step-by-step instructions.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Depending on the reason for the return, return labels may be issued.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it may take up to 14 business days to process. We will refund the full purchase price of the item, and if the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective merchandise), we will also refund the shipping cost.

Items must be in new condition with their original packaging (excluding the shipping box). If an item is returned in less-than-new condition, it cannot be restocked and will not be processed for a refund. If this occurs, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
