return policy


Orders can't be altered or canceled after they have been submitted. Please make sure all your information is correct before completing the order. Pre-order items may be canceled by contacting us up to a week prior to the item's shipping date.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud or abuse our Terms & Conditions. If your order is on hold due to invalid billing or shipping info, we'll attempt to contact you. The order will be automatically canceled if we don't hear back from you within 3 business days.

If you're not happy with your order or received a damaged/defective product, you can return it for a refund within 15 days for domestic shipments and 30 days for international shipments after receiving your order. Please send us your order number and the reason for the return through our contact us page. Our support team will respond with step-by-step directions. Keep in mind that you'll be responsible for returns shipping and we aren't responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Based on the reason for return, return labels may be issued.

Once your returns are received at our warehouse, it takes up to 14 business days to process your return. We'll refund the full purchase price of the item and will also refund shipping if the return is due to our error, damaged or defective merchandise.

Items returned for a refund must be in new condition including the original packaging (not shipping box). Any items that are received in less than new condition can't be returned to stock and won't be processed as a return. We will reach out to you if the returned item is found to be unsellable.
